I can't say enough about the flight crew in Delta One on DL 47 today, June 24th, out of Amsterdam. I believe the flight attendant was Jerry. He was superb. Top tier service. @Delta
@AmericanAir what is going on with your flight from Nassau to Miami? No updates, no offer of a meal voucher. Apparently mechanical problems but no explanation. I need some money back! This is ridiculous.

@Delta how is it that Sky Priority agent assist at Hartsfield Jackson International terminal is slower than regular check in? The agents are walking up and down. There are only 4 agents working. Every computer should be in use after what has happened.
@iflymiami please get it together. Been on a plane for 40 minutes as the jetbridge isn't working. Empty gates are all around us yet we are still on the plane at the same gate. The pilot said we are moving and nothing yet. Ridiculous!

@Delta my daughter has been delayed in LaGuardia for over 7 hours, no food credits offered no water offered, Four hours ago they said they were waiting on flight attendants. She has been in the airport since this morning. Total BS. All I fly is Delta. Beyond disappointed.
After a 10 hour delay, someone @Delta@LGAairport finally had big enough balls to say they are waiting on one flight attendant. It took 10 hours to find a fight attendant? So it wasn't the weather after all!

Either the @LGAairport people suck or the @Delta people suck at communicating. Where is the customer service?
