@ChefReactions Leftover herbs - you can just chop them up (kind of fine chop) and layout on a paper towel. I turn on my ceiling fan and they dry out in a day. Nice and fresh tasting, way better than that cooked-dry-crap you get from the store (chiffonade for basil so you don't bruise it)
