treated terribly in Toronto had to pay max to check in a backpack smaller then most carry ons . Put in a complaint ( can only email it) no reply. Totally disappointed. I fly frequently and want the 20 flight pass. Rethinking it.

@catsa_gc My amputee patient who has a myoelectric hand had it taken apart and given back with missing parts and a tear in glove.
