@DeanRhodesYLC@VueHelp The manager of the Vue Islington admitted it had been an error at their end - the wrong file, minus subtitles, had been uploaded so even if we had checked before the film started (incidentally why should we need to do this?) that wouldn’t have prevented the lack of subtitles.
@VueHelp Thank you for your response. Our booking reference no was WSXB7BT. This really isn’t good enough - a refund and 2 complementary tickets that can’t be used to book online doesn’t compensate for a totally wasted evening. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
