I work with salons who are fully booked 6 - 12 months ahead, and I see salons where they look at inconsistent occupancy and minimum long-term re-bookings.
The difference between them is a robust rebooking strategy that goes far beyond asking a client to rebook at checkout
Ensure that you and your team are always looking for positive angles. Make sure that your team stays positive at all times. Clients savings have actually increased, don’t allow negative a mindset stand in the way.
