@AHS_Warranty Rex Tibbens, CEO of American Home Shield, has many, many beautiful bathrooms because he knows better than to contract with fraudulent insurers like American Home Shield. He probably bathes in hundred dollar bills. Oops, make than thousand dollar bills.
@bbajema2000@AHS_Warranty @JeffCancel They are scam artists. We finally retained a contractor which ended up costing less than what we paid this worthless company.
@BribriDanielle@Melissa39421271@antiAHSwarranty@AHS_Warranty I'm sorry about your experience. I have paid co-pays of $125 each to fix a roof leak and a septic tank alarm going off. I call over and over, but they won't send anybody. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I don't know if it will help.
@SheinbergLauren@Melissa39421271@AHS_Warranty Please consider telling the Better Business Bureau online what has happened to you. I reported American Home Shield a couple of days ago, and I don't know what else to do.
@CieraNicol3@Melissa39421271@antiAHSwarranty@AHS_Warranty I used to get good service from them, too. But something horrible has happened, and now they are just a bunch of scam artists! I feel bad that they are making their customer service reps lie over and over again.
@Dorenie82@AHS_Warranty They train their customer service reps to apologize and tell you they will get your problem address. They are just lying to get you off the phone!
@AHS_Warranty@Nupe23 Apologies mean nothing unless you fix what you are apologizing for. You are just lying to appease the people you are stealing from.
@Nupe23@AHS_Warranty They always apologize when I talk to them on the phone but they never send any contractors to assess or fix my problems. Please consider contacting the Better Business Bureau.
@Flyjax@AHS_Warranty I'm sorry for your frustration. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my state AG complaint department. I have given these insurance scammers over $800. and I don't know what else to do.
@unearthlyjoy@AHS_Warranty Dear Dpdrkjy, please don't give these dishonest people any money. I have a home warranty with American Home Shield since Oct. and pay $77 per month. I have paid $250 in co-pays for a roof leak and septic system alarm going off. I talk to them over and over. No one will fix!
@Ned_TX@AHS_Warranty I have had this happen to me, too. I have made a report to the Better Business Bureau and my state AG complaint dept. online. It probably won't help, but I don't know what else to do. I am canceling future payments for my insurance policy.
