@TelkomZA two months now with a landline that is not working. Please advise how else I can get problem sorted. Fault reporting, phone calls to your call centre sadly not working

Fortunately we have other fibre options in our area so might have to look at changing

Finally got a first call from @coolideas_ZA since reporting issue on Friday. Just to get a message that my ticket will only now be escalated⦠and unfortunately they are not able to provide an eta. Time to change to new ISP?
