Whatever your back to school plan might be, I'd suggest that the first month be spent with the theme of empathy. Try to understand everyone's situation and design the best experience with whatever limitations, restrictions you face. This doesn't happen in a day. It's complicated

Q8: No, just an observation. I don't know if I'm just more aware now, but I've noticed how my students do so much negative self-talk. Instead of "I can", there's a lot of "I can't". I've been talking to them about it trying to find out why. Stay tuned. #grow25
