@AmericanAir - Example of how NOT to manage a situation. Keeping passengers on the tarmac for over 3 hours without AC, keeping your own staff in the dark and zero communication to passengers, no vouchers ready for hotels, food or taxis, and depleting every ounce of confidence.

@AmericanAir Unacceptable to be stuck on the tarmac in SXM for 2 hours without AC and no water offered! AA 2293. Now going back to gate to get more fuel. #prisoneronAmericanAirlines

@AmericanAir Well, pilot says the flight crew has timed out, and we can’t leave until tomorrow morning from SXM.

No vouchers ready for any of us. We are now all waiting for further information in the terminal.

Worst communication and management of a problem I have ever experienced.
