Slow Roasted Pork Butt

This is one of my favorite pork dishes and it is easy. From a classic Cantonese roasted pork recipe and adjusted it by slow roasting in the oven. The meat becomes very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Hope you enjoy the video!

When I was growing up, my family loved to braise bone-in lamb shanks. Long cooking time over low heat led to the meat that was so tender, juicy, and flavorful. We did not add heavy sauce but instead, let its natural flavor come through.
