@fliceverett REALLY lo-carb (wine doesn’t count😉) & hi-fat to stop hunger - cream in coffee (loads of carbs in milk!!), butter, the works - w/TONS of dk grn leafy veg - then a gap of 16 hours after finishing supper (tho I cheat w/aforesaid coff& crm). If I’m strict with this I lose weight.
