I’ve always trusted Amazon India for reliable service — but this time, I’m genuinely disappointed.
I ordered a branded watch, but when the package arrived, it contained nothing but an empty box. There was no product inside.

I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but this experience has really shaken my confidence in their delivery and support systems.
I sincerely hope @AmazonIndia and @AmazonHelp look into this seriously and ensure such cases are resolved fairly and swiftly.
Despite this, the delivery executive refused to hand over the replacement because I didn’t have the original (which I never received). When I escalated again, I was told an “investigation” would take 4 more days.
I immediately raised a complaint, but there was no option to report that the item itself was missing from the box. So I requested a replacement and informed customer care that I had no watch to return since it was never delivered in the first place.

@ceo_allianceair There’s no one giving out any valid information to the passengers. Your staff members are giving up saying they are frustrated with the organisation. What are passengers supposed to do? A response by anyone accountable would be highly appreciated.

@Zoomcar_India What should I do to get help? A 9k+ fully paid booking, customer care says one thing, the host says one thing. More than 2 hrs at my pick up location, I am standing dressed up to attend a wedding on the middle of the road and I’m still unable to start my trip!
