@AkasaAir I have still received no call back or response over email. You have purposely kept your pet booking department unreachable so as to control the number of bookings. As one of 2 airlines that provides this service, you are clearly taking advantage of pet owners lack of options.
@AkasaAir has proved to be worst airline for travelling with pets. They’ll make you buy the specific carrier and reject it in spite of providing all proofs. Then they endlessly put you on a “we’ll arrange a call back” cycle so that you cannot talk to anyone @
& miss your booking.
