@airindia This is a complaint regarding the pathetic experience on flight AI2480, firstly it being cancelled on the 21st of July, after a delay of more than 3 hours. Secondly on the 22nd of july, it being delayed for 7+ hours. No food or refreshments were provided for the same.

@airindia being air india, they show that they loaded our shipment in FLIGHT AI2443 which was supposed to take off at 18.40, and reach goa by 21.20, later they update at 9pm that the shipment was redirected to another flight. Heights of mismanagement and unprofessionallism.

@SamsungIndia i currently have 8 gadgets of yours but the one I recently purchased for my parents is giving a lot of issues. They are not able to view any channels at all as continuously seconds after seconds a pop up is appearing for auto store. Even after accepting it.

It's not stopping. The guy who came to install the TV in kolkata did not any demo at all and left as if he had a meeting with the PM. My old parents are not too tech savy and are facing enormous difficulty in setting up the TV. I request you to please send someone who can.
