How can GST authorities as the tax payers to pay 20 p c of tax if their first appeal is dismissed!! Once the tribunal has not been in position the appeal cannot be FILED and 20 p c is to be paid at the time of filing. Stay must be automatic. SV

What kind of GST law we made!! Even statutory remedy like a Tribunal not even planned in four years. The whole Act can be challenged as non workable!! It’s a bizarre situation facing us. SV
