Traveling Pune → Ausa on IntrCity SmartBus (Bus No: MP13 ZN8735, PNR: IC204415807363). Bus halted ~1 hr, engine/AC/fans off, passengers suffocating. Staff said “complain anywhere, nobody cares.” This is unsafe, unprofessional & AC service not provided. @IntrCity @consumerforum_
