My internet connectn is down since 2 days. 1st service request was attended to, connectn active for few hours. Again went down last night, raised another service request. Service agent not coming, not responding either anymore. #MaladWest

@AirIndiaX@airindia Why is booking a wheelchair on your flights such a difficult process compared to other airlines?? All one has to do with other airlines is request one at a dedicated click on a site. U don't even have AI support for this. Customer care number??

Perfunctory call frm an Indigo rep upon seeing my tweet. Sayng that they will check on what's the issue @ the airport & get back to me.

Plz read previous tweet & continuatn in Commnts. Absolute disaster in Indigo airlines mngmnt - while bookng & at T2 airport. Not the 1st time!
Fares mismanagemnt, check-in chaos, personnel at airport running like headless chickens is the new normal!
Subsequently spoke with Eksai, 1st bot, then human agnt. No use. Told me to mail custmr service & wait despite urgency. Maild CS- 2 days kept followng up only to be told that nothing can b done, 6E wasnt bookd (no attentn paid to my ticket which said it was). Paid all ovr again.
@IndiGo6E My parents- both Senior Citizens (Dad requiring wheelchair) had the worst experience 2day @ check-in. Long queues apart- they were shuntd counter-2-counter, eithr bcz of system failure/ baggage weighing issues/ wheelchair issues. No personnel to help! Why such chaos?!
Not evn the 1st problm. While bookng tickets, XYZ fare was shown. I added 6E eat and seat @799/- p.p. Fare reflected the increase, I paid the entire booking amnt + this addtnl fare. The ticket sent also showed 6E. Howevr during webcheckin same didn't reflect.

There is absolutely no access to any support on your app chat, no agent calling back. Only standard updates each day that it will be picked up 'today'. One agent even assured he's on the way to pick up, but did not.

Post that I have been constantly following up with your customer support on the app & have been promisd each day that pickup will be done 'today'.

and now is not accessible by phone. Nor is your helpline accessible even when I'm calling from my registered number, adding to which even the option to chat with an agent is not available now.
However today is one day past my supposed delivery date, instead of that even my pickup isn't done yet.
An agent was again appointed today who I kept talking with all day, who kept saying i'll go after a while OR I'm on the way now etc etc. He never arrived for the pickup.. TBC..
@airindia Please also read the 'once there's part of my tweet. This has already happened to me once when I was there 2 hrs prior to the check in- for which you'll did give me a later flight.
Point is- why is the web check-in option always unavailable/not working?
@airindia What's with ur check-in glitches? Ur site always says- 'sorry we cannot web check in you right now, plz report to the airline gate'
Once there, there's always chaos with you guys overbooking/ urging ppl to give up their seats.
