Across India, Aided Degree College teachers are recognised as Assistant Professors under UGC Regulations 2018 with ₹6000 AGP.

But in Odisha, SSB-recruited lecturers are still denied UGC designation, parity & forced into 4600 GP despite identical qualifications & workloads.

All the states in India are following UGC Regulations 2018 except Odisha.

2.5 years ଧରି ଏହି ଡ୍ରାମା ଚାଲିଛି। Please don't let "forgotten files" or "late listing" become another excuse.
