Thoughts & emotions come & go.
Time won’t!

I am trying to learn the rules for the Superbowl.
You call it touchdown - we call it goal.
You call it flag - we call it foul!
You call it American football - we call it the one country that runs with ball in hand instead of kicking it with foot.
No, sometimes you kick it!
Goal!

Happy 2024!
Every year I had big goals & dreams. Physical accomplishments connected to success.
This year I have 2 guidelines:
Living & speaking my truth
Putting my health & inner peace first

Let’s have courage to live our truth & be kind this year! 💝

[susibloss @SusiBloss]

No risk - no story!
Your choice 😉
I definitely have a lot of good story’s that weren’t fun when they happened though 😄

128.000 people want to run the NYC marathon. 50.000 run it. 26,2 mi/42km
through all 5 boroughs.

That’s NYC stamina.

I struggle breathing when I run to catch the subway.
But have no problem waiting in line to eat a bagel on Sunday morning.

Stamina can be a many things in NYC

[susibloss @SusiBloss]

Your identity is the story you tell yourself.

You live that story on autopilot if not made conscious.

Observe your thoughts. Find the ones that make you feel low.

From: I’m just a small town girl living in big crazy NYC.

To: I’m a badass woman who tames the beast called NYC

[susibloss @SusiBloss]

It is important to commit to a goal.

I am committed to post a comedy reel everyday on social media to grow my account. It’s tough! I want to stop.

Motivation doesn’t knock on my door. I need to kickstart it so it knows on which door to knock on every day! Mine!
