Enzolytics, Inc. announces today that it has executed the binding business combination agreement for the sale of Biogenysis, Inc. ("BGEN") and Virogentics Inc. ("VIRO"), the operating subsidiaries of Enzolytics Inc., to Sagaliam Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: SAGA) in a transaction valued at $450,000,000. The combined company is expected to trade on NASDAQ. The entities have begun the de-SPAC process and are moving on with the closing of this project.

For years the crooks have created counterfeit shares in $ENZC -
Watch the price action.
The crooks fight everyday to keep the price around .04 because unlike real shorts, the counterfeit crooks can’t let the price go up.
They will get ruined if the price jumps.
Why aren’t regulators stepping in, demanding trades be settled??

@SECGov @TheDemocrats @gop - you’ve done nothing to help this company or others fighting to bring life saving work to patients.
The $ENZC share price has actually dropped since @enzolytics announced that its $250 million Spac deal increased to $450 million, & it brought $SAGA to Nasdaq.
The price dropped further after the company announced it is treating #HIV patients in Africa right now and is conducting a clinical trial for #Diabetes patients in October. Oh and it has a treatment for #Alzheimer’s.

It is unconscionable what @SECGov @FINRA
@TheDemocrats and & @GOP allows in our financial markets.

Why does a great company like @enzolytics have to fight these crooks while trying to get their life changing work to patients?? Why aren’t you demanding @SECGov settle the trades?

The crooks who tried to drive this
company out of business will eventually be destroyed.
But it won’t be because regulators or elected officials protected the company. It will be because the company has fought hard and created a special $SAGA dividend that the crooks will eventually have to deliver. Once they find a real share of $ENZC that actual shareholders are willing to sell them.
