@mcain1954@WILLIAM22828048@jtomaka11@CPBreezy@Signalsoldier@wcarlson69 @borelli_roger I can't think of a time when I won't have panic attacks a day
they started when in 95 when I was 24 and still on active duty
Now I'm 52 and it's still a major part of daily life even though I've been in therapy and med-clinic since 2013 when the PTSD gave me a damn breakdown
@UnnaturalBlond Reminds me of being stationed at Ft Polk Louisiana
Headed out for morning PT at 6am in the middle of Summer and it was already like 78 and 100%
Running a few miles in that was the definition of Suck
@DarinArmstrong@B_Aeilflaed@TampaSueG@sid122749@Scottythth@USVetRet@eutch123@AR15_76@USArmy Thanks Darin always appreciate the shout-out
Don't always see it sometimes my PTSD is getting the better of me and I'm offline for a bit But, the more caring friends I get, the more people I can talk too which can help me
Anyone here with PTSD if you ever need to reach out pls do
