For years, I thought I was creating courses.

This week, I realized I was actually preserving a lifetime of experience.
Over the past 30+ years, I've worked in corporate leadership, marketing, nonprofit organizations, education, consulting, entrepreneurship, and community service.

Along the way, I created presentations, workshops, workbooks, courses, and frameworks to help people solve real business problems.
Like many entrepreneurs, I finished one project and immediately moved on to the next.

I rarely stopped to look back.

This week, I did.

As I dug through old presentations and workbooks, I discovered something I hadn't fully appreciated...

I wasn't creating isolated content.
I was building a body of work.
Some ideas became courses.
Some became consulting frameworks.
Some evolved into entirely new methodologies.
Others are now becoming books.
Tonight, I finished the first draft of what I hope will become the first publication in the SustainableU Library:

📖 Finding Your Profitable Niche

It's more than a workbook about choosing a business idea.

It's about recognizing the value of the experience you already have, finding clarity in what you've learned, and building something meaningful from it.
One lesson became especially clear to me throughout this process:
Your greatest asset isn't always what you've been taught.

Often, it's what you've lived.

This is just the beginning.
There are more books to write, more frameworks to refine, and more ideas to share.

I'm excited to finally build not just businesses...

...but a publishing library that helps others build theirs.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, challenged me, trusted me, and believed in my work over the years.
