For independent candidates like Chris Gambino (@SustainingNow), just getting onto the ballot is a challenge. He says independents are "boxed out of everything." But you can help!
https://t.co/iM9L9K0Fh6
Gambino (PhD, MPA) is a Forward Independent running for the PA State House.
@SustainingNow Gambino’s campaign includes reforming Pennsylvania’s closed-primary system, which prevents independent & unaffiliated voters from participating in elections that often determine outcomes in legislative races.
The Forward Party supports both him and @Ballot_PA in this goal.
We are proud to endorse Chris Gambino (@SustainingNow), an independent candidate for State Rep in District 143!
Gambino says independence shapes how he governs, particularly in a divided legislature where collaboration is required to move policy forward.

Traded door-knocking for judging the Bucks County Science Research Competition @BCSRC yesterday.
It was a long day (7:30am to 4pm). But, worth every minute.
6th- to 8th-graders are developing models to predict wildfires & apps to help households understand what's recyclable.
Saturdays like yesterday are why I love living here! Worked out w/ my son at #CrossFit Madhatter, scored some great used books for under a dollar, helped coach CBAA youth lax, & ended the day w/ neighbors at #NeshimanyCreekBrewing in #Dublin.
#BucksCounty keeps delivering.
This campaign isn't about adding noise. 🔇
It's about a community deciding it's done being divided.
If you're ready to put your neighbor before your party—the way you always did before politics made that feel radical—we are here for you.

Something is happening in Bucks County. 🐝
Since announcing my run for PA's 143rd House District, neighbors, parents, and longtime residents who've been quietly frustrated are now ready to get involved.
I wrote about why in the @BucksCoHerald. 🧵👇

Families in our district aren't asking for more theater. 🎭
They're asking:
→ Why are young families priced out of homes they grew up near?
→ Why does childcare cost more than a mortgage?
Those are practical questions. Let's focus on them.

Whole milk headlines won’t fix dairy’s broken economics. 🥛
And pretending they will is political theater.
If we actually care about farmers, we need to talk about the system—not the carton.
Farmers don’t need symbolic wins. 🚜
They need market stability, fair pricing structures, and policy grounded in economic reality—not culture-war talking points.
This is about agricultural systems, not slogans.
That’s the foundation of what I’m building now.
Not sides. Not slogans.
Neighbors.
If this resonates, stick around—and watch the ad that sparked the reflection here:

That idea didn’t start with a commercial for me.
#NeighborUp has been on my mind & at my core for the better part of a decade after @Partnerscapes (formerly Partners for Conservation) taught me how we can align across differences.
