It's important to take what actions we can whilst ensuring our university leads a good example, and governments take necessary action before it’s too late.

But there are many changes that need to be made on an individual, university and global level in order to protect biodiversity.
The biodiversity crisis and climate change means the need for conservation is only going to increase, emphasising the importance for this increased protection to be both effective and equitable.
