I’m extremely disappointed by my experience with @QatarAirways today. I was repeatedly told I could not use my additional student baggage allowance and was asked to produce a university letter—something I was never required to provide when traveling outbound on exact same ticket

Instead of helping resolve the issue, I felt intimidated and bullied by airport staff while trying to understand why the policy was suddenly being applied differently on my return journey. I hope someone from @QatarAirways can urgently look into this and make this right.

@QatarAirways I’m being denied my student baggage benefit at the airport and told I need a university letter, despite not needing one outbound on the same ticket. Staff have been intimidating and unhelpful. Please urgently resolve this.
