সরকারি কলেজের জন্য নেমেছিলেন আন্দোলনে। কেবল তার জন্য, সঙ্গী প্রতিবাদীদের নিয়ে, জেলে থাকতে হয়েছে চল্লিশ দিন। আর জেলে ভরার পর বিহারের পুলিশ বলেছে ‘আতঙ্কবাদী’।
জুলাইয়ের শেষে জেল থেকে বেরিয়ে ফের লড়াইয়ে সেই কান্তি কুমারী, বিহারে এসএফআই’র সভাপতি। বুধবার তিনিই কলেজ স্ট্রিটে বৃষ্টিভেজা সমাবেশে জানিয়ে দিলেন, ভয় পাওয়ার প্রশ্নই নেই। হকের দাবিতে লড়াই চলবে।

জুলাই শুরু থেকে আগস্ট শুরু; সময়টা খেয়াল করবেন। রাস্তার লড়াইয়ের উত্তাপ যত বাড়ছে, শাসকের প্রচারযন্ত্র ততই জনপ্রিয়তা হারাচ্ছে।
যে বেলুন লিক করতে শুরু করেছে, চুপসে যাবে অচিরেই।

The united action has sent a powerful message against the Modi government's anti-worker and anti-peasant policies. The demands are loud and clear: repeal the four Labour Codes and the VBGRAMG Act; restore MGNREGA with 200 days of guaranteed work and a daily wage of ₹700; ensure a ₹42,000 minimum wage; provide statutory MSP based on the Swaminathan Commission's recommendations; and scrap the anti-people Free Trade Agreements threatening Indian agriculture.

The united struggle of workers, peasants and toiling masses is the path forward to defend lives and livelihoods, rights and liberties, and India's future itself.

একদমই যথার্থ বলেছেন! মানুষের মনে বিষ ঢেলেছে ক্রমাগত! কেবল পেশাগত লক্ষ্যে করেনি, তাহলে সেটা চ্যানেলেই সীমাবদ্ধ থাকত। deliberately ঘৃণা ছড়িয়েছে নিজের সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াকে ইউজ করে! যাতে একটা সম্প্রদায়কে আরেক সম্প্রদায় ঘৃণা করে।

আর পশ্চিমবাংলার ভক্তদের সান্ত্বনা পুরস্কার হিসেবে রাস্তার নাম পরিবর্তন (আজ একটি প্রথম সারির সংবাদমাধ্যমের প্রতিবেদনে আবার কটা রাস্তার নাম পরিবর্তন হবে বলা হল), কখনও ছোটোখাটো তৃণমূল নেতাদের খালি পায়ে কোমরে দড়ি পরিয়ে ঘোরানো, কখনও ডিম ছোঁড়া (এখন নিজেদের মধ্যেই ছোঁড়াছুড়ি হচ্ছে যদিও)—এসব!
বিজেপি সমর্থকরা ভাবুন! কোন দল করছেন! যেখানে কর্মীদের মতামত, আবেগের কোনো দাম নেই!

আজকে জামুরিয়াতে 'দু-পিস' ভক্ত এসে মীনাক্ষী মুখার্জীকে বলছে, "এখানে কী করতে এসেছেন? এখানে আমাদের সরকার চলছে।"

​কেন, আপনাদের সরকার কি সরাসরি জরুরি অবস্থা জারি করেছে নাকি? এখন থেকে আর কোনো মিছিল-মিটিং করা যাবে না?
​রাজ্যের সরকারে এসেছে বলেই বিজেপি সমর্থকরা নিজেদের গোটা রাজ্যের লিজ-নেওয়া মালিক ভেবে ফেলেছে দেখছি!
