It's my life ...

[Suvadeep Banerjee @SuvadeepBanerje]

@IndianOilcl Today I had to buy an LPG refill for ₹2,200 from an unofficial source to feed my elderly parents.

Authorised booking: 22 Sept. Still undelivered after 11 days.

If LPG is available in the grey market, why can’t an authorised customer get it?

@IndianOilcl Urgent help requested. Two senior citizens (80+ & 70+) have both LPG cylinders empty. Booking made on 22 Sept.

An earlier IndianOil cancellation had already disrupted their supply cycle. Distributor told them to buy food outside.

Please intervene.

@tweetudhayam @GodrejAppliance @RelianceDigital @jagograhakjago @GoI_MeitY And they keep the customers in dark when they sell their product. What the hell is this ? In case you purchase from Reliance the OEM will not provide service ?? What is this ? I was never told nor written in OEM's manual.

472L refrigerator stopped working within 9 months.
Under warranty, yet service denied as it was purchased from Reliance Digital.
Why should a customer suffer due to internal issues?
Immediate resolution expected.

Purchased Hush Puppies on 15th November 2024, and today 15th January 2025 the tongue of the shoe comes off in 2 months.

Shocking from India's favorite footwear brand.
