@SheinIndia Extremely disappointed with your return service. My return request has been cancelled multiple times without any pickup. I've raised the request again and called customer support 4 times, but today the return was cancelled yet again. My money is stuck because of this.

@ViCustomerCare this is unacceptable.
Your app clearly shows the ₹859 Vi Hero plan with 1.5GB/day and 180 days validity (with extra benefits).
But when I recharged earlier, you only gave me 84 days.
If the actual validity is 84 days, why does your app display 180 days?
