Need to visit my 80+ parents in Pune. Tried applying for epass. Attached aadhar & doc certs (for both me & son) mentioning no symptoms seen. Still appl rejected 5 times by Zone12 quoting incomplete or inadequate docs. Is there anyone I can talk to? Please help @MumbaiPolice

@UPSHelp my colleague and me have been trying to reach out to UPS Mumbai and customer care no listed on website, but no one respond to call at any time of the day. No one is even replying to mails sent across, for last 3 weeks my shipment is stuck and I have provided all doc.

@BlueDartCares really you care????. I have been waiting for my shipment from 3rd July and no one bothers to answers truthfully. Either product is lost by bluedart team or they just don't care. I am calling up every day and I see that fake delivery status update is uploaded.

Btw I have received another shipment of bluedart on same address ....so how can address be unlocatable
