It's been 7 days we are doing the follow up for the same. And today is the end date for replacement. Still support team keep on asking to do the same procedure. And we really lost hope. The phone is of worth 30000 rupees. Fed up with your terrible service.

Shame on u @flipkartsupport for the dreadful service in returning the damaged phone (Samsung S20 FE 5g) with damaged packing I have bought from u. Already declined 5 times for no reason. 😡😡Really, really fed up. Already past a week & still no dignity in addressing the problem.
