ผลจากการประชุมรัฐสภาวันนี้ คงได้เห็นความสำคัญของตำแหน่งประธานรัฐสภาในช่วงเวลาที่มาตรา 272 ยังคงอยู่กันแล้ว

ผลการลงมติวันนี้ ไม่เพียงกระทบต่อการเลือกพิธาในรอบที่ 2 แต่ยังกระทบไปถึงการลงมติครั้งหน้าในการเสนอชื่อแคนดิเดตจาก พท ด้วย

ต่อไปนี้ สว.และ พันธมิตรสามพรรค “ภจท/พปชร/ภจท” มีอำนาจต่อรองกับ พท ว่า หากครั้งหน้า เสนอชื่อแคนดิเดตจากพรรค พท มาโดยที่ยังยึด “8 พรรค” และมี กก อยู่ พวกเขาก็จะไม่ลงคะแนนให้แคนดิเดตจาก พท ทำให้ พท และพันธมิตร “8 พรรค” อาจไม่กล้าเสี่ยงในการแบก กก ไว้อีกต่อไป เพราะ หากเสนอแล้วไม่ผ่าน ก็อาจเป็นญัตติซ้ำ หรือจะเปลี่ยนเป็นคนอื่นจาก พท อีก หากพวกเขารวมหัวกันคว่ำอีก ก็จะกลายเป็นญัตติซ้ำไปเรื่อยๆ จนแคนดิเดตหมดสต๊อก

หากเป็นเช่นนั้น “ประตู” ของ “ภจท/พปชร/รทสช” ก็เปิดกว้างขึ้น

หากปดิพัทธ์ เป็นประธานรัฐสภา วันนี้ ผมมั่นใจว่า เขาจะกล้าใช้อำนาจประธานยืนยันว่า การเสนอชื่อนายกฯ ไม่ใช่ ญัตติ หรือต่อให้ลากไปเป็นญัตติซ้ำ แต่ก็มีข้อยกเว้นในข้อ 41 ตอนท้ายว่า “เหตุการณ์เปลี่ยนแปลงไป” ทำให้เสนอซ้ำได้
