केन्द्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि SC/ST कोटा में ‘क्रीमी लेयर’ की अवधारणा नहीं लागू होगी क्योंकि वह केवल OBC के लिए थी। तो मोदी जी, OBC रिजर्वेशन तो पहले था ही नहीं, फिर वो क्यों आया और आपकी पार्टी ने उसका समर्थन क्यों किया था?

दूसरी बात, आपके वकील ने कहा कि ‘आय के आधार पर’ SC/ST आरक्षण बिलकुल नहीं होगा क्योंकि उसका आधार केवल ‘आर्थिक पिछड़ापन’ ही नहीं, ‘ऐतिहासिक उत्पीड़न और अन्याय’ है। ‘केवल’ आर्थिक पिछड़ापन कहाँ, आप तो इनकम को कहीं भी आधार नहीं मानते!

जिस EWS का आप ढोल पीटते हैं, उसमें न तो फॉर्म के दाम कम हैं, न हॉस्टल की फीस, न कोर्स फीस… तो ये दो कौड़ी का राजनैतिक झुनझुने का सामान्य वर्ग करे क्या? @narendramodi यह बताएँ कि सामान्य वर्ग के टैक्स के पैसों से फंड हो रही SC/ST आरक्षण सब्सिडी का लाभ, सामान्य वर्ग के EWS को ही क्यों नहीं मिलता?

कोई तर्क है इसका कि आप जिसे सर्टिफाइड गरीब मानते हैं, वो प्रमाण पत्र उससे माँगते हैं, उसे सत्यापित करते हैं और उसे नौ लाख से सोलह लाख तक का लोन ले कर पढ़ाई करनी पड़ती है। फिर आप 1000 SC और 1000 OBC जातियों के शून्य प्रतिनिधित्व पर मौन हो जाते हैं कि इन जातियों का आरक्षण कहाँ है?

सत्य यह है कि आपका ‘विकसित भारत’ टूटते हायवे और निम्न गुणवत्ता के 50% लोगों से भरे कॉलेजों और विद्यालयों से कभी पूरा नहीं हो सकता। आरक्षण की समीक्षा करनी ही होगी, उसे तार्किक रूप से लाना ही होगा।

१. शून्य प्रतिनिधित्व वाली जातियों की पहचान
२. EWS की SC के स्तर की आर्थिक छूट
३. न्यूनतम अंक का विधान, GC से 10% से अधिक का कटऑफ में अंतर न हो SC/ST में
४. सक्षम लोगों को फर्जी तर्क के कारण आरक्षण न दिया जाए
५. हर श्रेणी में सबसे गरीब, पिछड़े को ही आरक्षण मिले
६. हर दस वर्ष में जातियों की समीक्षा और निष्कासन, नई जातियों को लिस्ट में जोड़ना बंद करें

Many students from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category who have secured excellent NEET scores are reportedly being denied the benefits of EWS reservation in several private medical colleges across Maharashtra and other parts of the country. Instead, they are being charged the full tuition fee, causing undue hardship to deserving students.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court, in its judgment dated 16 October 2025, directed the establishment of a uniform and effective mechanism for EWS admissions across the country. Requesting the Central Government to issue a clear notification classifying EWS seats before the NEET counselling process begins.

The necessary policy and administrative decisions should be taken without delay so that eligible students receive timely admissions. No deserving student should be denied the opportunity to pursue a medical education because of financial constraints.

NEET परीक्षेत उत्तम गुण मिळवून यश संपादन केलेल्या, परंतु आर्थिकदृष्ट्या दुर्बल घटक अर्थात इडब्ल्यूएस कॅटेगिरीतील अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांना महाराष्ट्र आणि देशातील काही खाजगी वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयांमध्ये इडब्ल्यूएस आरक्षणाचे योग्य लाभ मिळत नसून विद्यार्थ्यांना संपूर्ण शुल्क आकारले जात असल्याच्या तक्रारी आहेत. स्पष्ट धोरण आणि प्रभावी अंमलबजावणीच्या अभावामुळे अनेक गुणवंत विद्यार्थ्यांचे हक्क डावलले जात असून त्यांना नाहक त्रासाला सामोरे जावे लागत आहे.

माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने देखील १६ ऑक्टोबर २०२५ च्या आपल्या महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णयात या प्रवर्गातील विद्यार्थ्यांंसाठी देशभरात एकसमान व प्रभावी व्यवस्था उभारण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. माझी केंद्र सरकारला विनंती आहे की कृपया NEET चे कौन्सिलिंग सुरू होण्यापूर्वीच इडब्ल्यूएस वर्गातील जागांचे स्पष्ट वर्गीकरण करून अधिकृत अधिसूचना जारी करण्यात यावी.

सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयानुसार तातडीने प्रशासकीय व धोरणात्मक निर्णय घेऊन पात्र विद्यार्थ्यांना वेळेत प्रवेश दिला जावा. आर्थिक अडचणींमुळे एकाही गुणवंत विद्यार्थ्याचे डॉक्टर होण्याचे स्वप्न अपूर्ण राहता कामा नये याची शासनाने दक्षता घ्यावी.

The students' protest in Jharkhand is an example of what a protest should be.

It is peaceful, respectful, and rejects symbolic gestures, like demanding someone be fired, in favor of actionable, long-term policy solutions. They want structural reform: an independent CBI probe into recruitment scandals, permanent blacklisting and prosecution of corrupt vendors, age-limit relaxations for affected candidates, fixed annual exam calendars, and complete transparency in evaluation processes.

Driven entirely by real, ground-level aspirants with no political agenda, the movement maintains a strict distance from all political parties.

This is precisely the kind of cause around which the nation's youth, civil society, self proclaimed apolitical social commentators, and "concerned" celebrities ought to rally. However, because these students lack the funding to hire influencers or celebrities to transform their struggle into a viral, pop-culture trend that everyone wants to be a part of and also don't have the backing of student organisations that have the resources, methods and influence to force governments to the table, their movement will be unfairly overlooked.

जिस तरह हजारों की संख्या में छात्र अपनी वाजिब मांगों को लेकर रांची में डटे हुए हैं, यह इस आंदोलन की ताकत को दिखाता है। यह आंदोलन जरूर कामयाब होगा।

छात्रों की मांग है कि JPSC और JSSC की भर्ती परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं की CBI जांच कराई जाए, भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पूरी तरह पारदर्शी बनाया जाए और गड़बड़ी के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए।

इस आंदोलन में शामिल हजारों छात्र ही इसकी सबसे बड़ी ताकत और चेहरा हैं। धीरे-धीरे @khurpenchh , @TheLallantop अन्य स्थानीय मीडिया की वजह से इस आंदोलन की चर्चा राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी होने लगी है।

कम से कम दिल्ली में हुए आंदोलन से सीख लेते हुए झारखंड सरकार को समय रहते पहल करनी चाहिए।
