I’m back… but with a pretty cool mini cheerleader in tow! 👶📣🏊♀️
Early days post shoulder surgery, but it’s a start! It’s going to be a slow build post not only surgery, but baby and concussion. I’m trying to be patient, but as we all know that’s not my forte!!
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰. Heartbroken…😢💔
An accident in training meant I was medically withdrawn before racing yesterday.⬇️ is what I could muster the strength to write. Right now I want the world to swallow me up & for it to all be a bad dream 😢

After my accident the most incredible nurse gave me this coin & told me to keep it as my lucky coin…

“If I’m having a tough day, seeing Kimmy happy makes me happy. When my nerve pain and spasms are bad, she comes and gently lies on me.
“I could never have dreamt of our partnership. She’s the coolest dog in the world! Completely life-changing.” 6/6
“Now, I know I can rely on Kimmy to wake me up. That anxiety has gone.
“There was a fire alarm test at the hotel I was staying in. Straight away, she alerted me. The next day, there was another test as I was warming up next to the pool. She was on it straight away.” 5/6
Suz Hext, a Paralympian, Para Swimming World Champion and Para Dressage Triple European Gold Medallist, was achieving amazing things.
