@phuggsports As did others, I had a difficult time hearing this news today. As Pat said, Jeffrey P. was one of a kind, and that’s one of the characteristics that made him so special. I hope heaven is filled with great baseball teams so he can enjoy one of his favorite pastimes. RIP Ruppy!

Officials are on the scene of an explosion on N. Colebrook Rd in Rapho Twp. The township building blew up at 6:00am. Everyone was evacuated and there were no injures. Many properties in the area have damage. @LancasterOnline⁩ ⁦@annrejrat⁩ ⁦@JackPanyard⁩
