All I seem to do on here is complain about @IrishRail. Yet again, we have been dumped off a dart in bray and not brought to Greystones because of YOUR delays. How on earth does that make sense. Told another dart be along in 10 mins. My arse.

@IrishRail please consider putting on more dart from Greystones. The dart is packed and it’s the first stop. Feel for anyone getting on at any of the further stop. The population is much larger that is was when one dart every 30 mins was acceptable. We really need more.

@fastwayireland I am waiting on two orders for my wedding tomorrow that were dispatched ages ago and not received. I don’t understand why these havnt arrived and very disappointed. The companies shipped these trusting that you would be able to deliver them

After all this, I am not so sure I will be moving to Vodafone. I am going on Honeymoon on Tuesday with no new phone because you screwed up and then didn’t bother to fix the screw up. Not even sure my old phone will make it through the honeymoon..

@VodafoneIreland very disappointing service. Tried one month ago to change to Vodafone, bought a phone online, paid €174 and it never came. Contacted customer service who told me there was an error with the order and it didn’t process and that I would be refunded.

Fast forward another month, no refund received. I am getting married tomorrow, and wanted a new phone for pictures and organizing and just because I wanted a new phone. So went into Vodafone yesterday for help and met a lovely girl who tried to help me but couldn’t.

So not only have a not received a refund, because the order is still pending on your end I also couldn’t buy the phone when I’m in there. The lovely girl tried hard to help me but was given 0 support to do so.
