@SamsungUK issue with fridge that engineer couldn’t repair. Being charged for parts we didn’t need. Samsung themselves confirmed to engineer it’s a wiring issue, likely to have been present at purchase and Samsung should cover this under the warranty.

@Primera_Plus the website says I can cancel bus tickets up to 60 minutes before journey. At the bus station they said i can’t cancel. I rang the phone number on my confirmation email and it did not work. Can you help me cancel 2 tickets from sayulita - Guadalajara at 1.55pm today

@Tesco how come your Northern Ireland extra stores have signs outside them stating 24 hours yet they close at midnight? Encountered a very rude security guard at Knocknagoney on Friday night who told me the sign that I was looking right at didn’t say 24 hours 🤦‍♀️
