@vumatel We keep being told that, but there IS a Vumatel issue! When we phone, they make you want to do a very complicated reset before they send out a technician. We need a technician to sort this out - every single neighbour is down so not ISP issue!

@JHBWater the water has now been switched off completely. The repair could not be done last night. Seems we need an entirely new pipe as the leak has now sprung AGAIN further up Greenacres drive. Fault logged:
