I still get redirected to Apple subscriptions
I don’t think there’s anything I can do. There must be solved on your end.

I did this on August 2, but on the 16th I got charged for another $300.

When I go to https://t.co/LkPi7gKrpD and not the app. I get the same results because when I signed up with you guys, I initially signed up on my Iphone for the normal $40 subscription. Later I signed up for heavy on my laptop. Same email though.
