Without our workforce, O&L would not be able to reach the 100-year milestone. Paying a visit to Namibia Dairies’ factory in Avis with my wife just reminded me of the significance of our most valuable asset, our employees. I appreciate you!
In light of our 100 year milestone, presenting this at the 2019 Economic Growth Summit was a reminder that all of this started with two men who had a dream and the belief that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! #NothingIsImpossible#OL100
Honoring the rich legacy of the legendary Nelson Mandela who would’ve turned 101 today. Like Madiba, each individual has the power to transform the world, and make a significant impact. What is your purpose? What is your legacy?

I remember growing up with the great sounds of music legend, Johnny Clegg whose music left deep footprints in the hearts of those who longed for freedom. RIP White-Zulu (1953-2019)

Reflecting on the past 100 years, I am inspired by you and your contribution to the O&L legacy and purpose of “Creating a future, enhancing life”. #NothingIsImpossible#OL100
@Ngari@Shipululo You are very right. But there are very good examples whereby we built trust and use respectful yet firm ways to get a breakthrough. Whether it is the Country Club, Development Bank etc. where it shows it can work. It comes with a lot of effort.
@salomonsonII @Shipululo You are very right, but with a great team I have I can shift things around and empower me with plenty of expertise and knowledge. It is a matter of leading the situation.
@Tjaronda@NashingeIS Thank you for the thought. The issue here is that cans need to produced close to where they are filled, because of the logistical costs. We will be competitive from a production cost point of view, but not with the transportation cost out of our country.
