@TosinOlugbenga I was already doing not only for other agents to understand. Bit for me to get full details of what is going on and compare. In fact every module in my project has a different MD file explaining how the module works. If changes are made then the MD file should also be updated.
CEOs are quietly realizing the AI replacement plan has a problem.
Two problems, actually.
One: the token costs for running AI agents are now exceeding what they were paying the employees they fired.
Two: when the tokens run out, the AI stops. Just stops. No continuity. No workaround. Just a spinning wheel where your workforce used to be.
You fired humans to save money and bought a subscription that bills you into a corner.
The employees you let go knew what to do when things broke.
The AI just invoices you for the outage.
And then there’s the permission problem nobody wants to talk about.
To do its job, the AI agent needs access. Full access. Your systems, your patents, your contracts, your future plans. Everything you spent years building, handed over to a process that has no loyalty, no discretion, and no skin in the game.
You didn’t hire a replacement.
You gave a stranger with no soul the keys to everything you own.
Enjoy.
@Dominus_Kelvin Many apps are running on a self-service architecture. I have literally run an app used by companies for 3 years+ on AWS with a monthly billing range from 9$-19$.
The whole setup was done by me and there were no issues for these three years.

My friend made his startup profitable last month.
He is 27.
No DevOps engineer.
No frontend engineer.
No backend engineer.
Just one experienced full-stack web developer.
First hosting bill: $300.
Last month: $18.
What changed?
He stopped outsourcing complexity to SaaS companies.
And started owning his stack.
Reminder to myself and others:
Running agents in parallel is not productivity. That's a lie. Every time you jump between agents, you're pulling your focus and draining yourself. That constant context switching is very expensive for our brains. There's real research on this. Your attention span shrinks, and past a certain point, the damage is irreversible.
Adding more agents doesn't make you a 10x dev. It just spreads you thin across 10 half-finished things.
One agent. One problem. Finish it. Yes, you'll sit there waiting sometimes. That wait is not wasted time. That's the part where you actually think.
@moshhamedani You are absolutely right. I follow up with one agent at a time. I ensure I understand what the agent is doing and I got the expected result. I can't imagine jumping on multiple agents. It's brain draining.
The Pyramids and Persepolis were built by hand over 100 years. Machines came later and sped things up, but the principles behind how things stand up didn’t change. A truck operator doesn’t think about them. They’re still there, holding everything up.
Building software with AI is the same. AI is the machine. The principles are still the job. You can close your eyes and pretend they don’t exist until the cracks show.
@jayhemz@OoTheNigerian They want a global standard with lesser pay. That's the only reason they're struggling to get people to fill in spaces. Nigerians are not dull, you just want to pay very less for a Global Standard.
@jayhemz@OoTheNigerian I had an interview with them last year. The budget was ₦1.6M($800usd)
Their hiring process was too long. About four levels interview and they want someone with super skills. More like a superhuman for the job.
Even at that , they want someone highly skillful but and cheap.
OBIdients, in whatever we are doing, let's NEVER forget the man who stood by our principal in 2023,Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed.
In my mind, I kept him somewhere safe, for a very strong position 🤞.
He will always have my love and respect.
@Nyerowvo@DurojaiyeSegun Lagos is a terrible place. I experienced it last year.
My car's temperature was too high. I decided to pack by the roadside(Oshodi) so it will cool off. Next thing is Agbero everywhere , different groups demanding money. They even wanted to remove things from the car.
In Software Engineering, you can change the account Name, Email, UserName, but cannot change your ACCOUNT ID.
it a unique identity to every account.
Interestingly the account ID was linked to Amupitan's account , yet he denied.
Being a Prof doesn't mean you know everything.
@jennygodswill The big question, what did he see in the new girl that was not in the other girl?
Sincerely, Men can tolerate bad behaviors for a moment, try to correct them, but it does not work. He will just play along. He has left the relationship but is merely going through the motions.
@EOEboh Check your network tab on the client side . Fire the request and monitor the request from the client to the backend. Check if it's hitting the server.
Secondly ensure there is no typo in the https URL.
Also, check that environment variables are in place.
Two very important videos every single Nigerian must watch.
