የአቅም ግንባታን ማሳደግ። ዛሬ በአርቴፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ውስጥ አዳዲስ ፕሮግራሞችን ለማስተዋወቅ እና የተማሪዎችን ነፃ የትምህርት ዕድል (scholarship) በእጥፍ ለማሳደግ ወስነናል። ይህ ብዙ ተጨማሪ ኢትዮጵያውያን ተማሪዎች በህንድ ውስጥ የከፍተኛ ትምህርት እድሎችን እንዲያገኙ እና ወጣቶች ከወጣቶች ያላቸውን ተሳትፎ እንዲያጠናክሩ ያስችላቸዋል።
