@AmericanAir I left last night from JFK on flight 2828 to DFW. Because of the delay at JFK, I missed flight 201 (DFW-SEA), got rebooked on flight 2424 (DFW-LAX), and now there has been a 4-hour delay on flight 6046 (LAX-SEA). This has been a really taxing experience.

Hello, @AmericanAir, I missed my connecting flight in DFW to SEA (flight 201), due to a delay at my origin JFK to DFW (flight 2828). I checked bags at my origin. Will my bags be put on the new flight automatically? Thank you.

@AmericanAir Thank you for the apology but your staff must be properly informed of this, especially for passengers who board early. This would discourage many musicians from flying with you as musical instruments are expensive and sensitive to pressure changes

@AmericanAir on 11/23/19, I am traveling from ORD to LGA on Flight 398 and was forced to gate check my guitar even with Group 5 boarding. There was plenty of space for it as per FAA Final Rule 403. I am loyal to you and have flown with my guitar before w/o issue. Not acceptable.
