@AmazonHelp Haven't received any call even after filing up the form. The "Return started" status automatically changed to "Delivered with no option return".
How is this possible? Amazon didn't pickup till the end of my return window and is now saying that the return is not possible?

I received the email on 17 Dec 2025, 1:04 am quoting that I'll get a response in 24 hours.
It has been 44 hours and still haven't received anything.

@AmazonHelp I have used the chat feature 10+ times before. I am saying this new UI of Amazon does not have chat for undelivered / return products. Only for recently delivered products. I also cross checked the same thing with other peoples account.

2. Can't reach out to your team via chat as I can't find "chat" option only in the Amazon app/website.

Still it shows the following options leading to faq content
@AmazonHelp As I said, the link redirects me to the "Customer Service" page. And upon selecting the "Action Required" product, no option has a button to "Raise Query" or "Connect to support". Basically, I can't take any action.
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN You just DMed a link to Customer support which I already know. I'm saying in that there is no option to take action/reach out to you. No "Raise query" option for undelivered products.

@IndiGo6E Called the lost-and-found helpline for belongings misplaced at @nashikairport. The call connected after 30+ minutes, and they still gave me the phone number for Pune airport. Extremely disappointed.
