Hey @cityofames the hourly pay for some of the jobs you have advertised is embarassingly low. Anything less than $17+/hr is an insult - it literally costs more than that just to survive here. You're basically asking people to pay you so they can work those jobs. Get it together.

@TheShaggyDogg @LogantheGM @BDaveWalters Yeah, like most things in 5E, there are great ways to homebrew exhaustion to be more engaging. I put a drug in my world that boosts character stats, but withdrawal comes with stacking exhaustion that a long rest won’t clear.
