As a Mother of 3… The Wellbeing of our Youth and their futures are very important to me… It was such a pleasure to speak to UGA students that are studying to become Veterinarian Techs…
They loved my plans to expand trade skills in high schools and I am looking forward to them being future partners in these programs…. We need to know how to take care of our Animals..

As both a candidate and a voter, I would be deeply frustrated to invest time learning about candidates: only to find out at the last minute that I may no longer be in the same district and can’t vote for the person I’ve been supporting.
From a candidate’s perspective: It would be very disappointing to learn that I may have been running in the wrong district for months or even years.
That kind of confusion is discouraging and it undermines trust.
We address the “total confusion” that will be caused by map changes right before elections. When voters don’t know who is on their ballot, it weakens confidence in the voting process. Confidence in the election process is a major concern in Georgia. So, I am proposing a solution NOW…
My 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
“𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬-𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚” Policy
It is grounded in shared lived experiences: our schools, community hospitals, parks, transit systems, and small businesses.
These are the anchors that keep communities stable: regardless of politics.
Through our Citizen Councils, we will empower communities to define these shared interests: so district lines reflect real life, not political strategy.
Redistricting will be about:
✅ Keeping families and communities together
✅ Protecting schools, hospitals, parks, transit, and small businesses
✅ Preserving local economic hubs
✅ Ensuring every voice is heard through the right representation
These pillars are consistent and community-driven, they create districts that are harder to manipulate, less vulnerable to last-minute changes and rebuilds voter trust
The Supreme Court’s decision in Louisiana v. Callais highlights a deeper problem: redistricting has too often been driven by political interests instead of the people—and that must end.
As a Republican, I believe in giving power back to YOU by creating policies that limit government overreach—so situations like this don’t happen again.
Join the S.W.A.N. movement for fresh leadership. Vote 4 the SWAN! 🦢🇺🇸 #takosha4georgia #CommunityFirst #Redistricting #Georgia #LieutenantGovernor #takosha4georgia
