The project @CowdrayGolf is continuing apace. 5 holes and 15 bunkers completed so far (along with the academy course redesign). The native Cowdray rough used to feature the bunkers is certainly making an instant impression. @BlinderBunker @Bigga_Sussex

Despite some shocking weather it was great to be back up @AlnmouthGC last week . We are exaggerating the dogleg on the three-shot 3rd hole, bringing the reshaped approach bunkers back into focus.

Construction of the @SwanGolfDesigns course improvement project @stiveshuntsgc is now underway. The work includes reconstruction of all bunkers, reshaping of green surrounds and enlargement of selected water features. The work is being carried out @BlinderBunker over two phases.

@stiveshuntsgc has always had some terrific holes, but it will now have much stronger hazards to highlight the course's strengths. The short 3rd will be an early highlight for golfers. @BlinderBunker @BIGGAEastAnglia @CAGU_1950

@hgc_greens @SolheimCupEuro @RyderCupEurope @stiveshuntsgc @BlinderBunker @BIGGAEastAnglia @CAGU_1950 Hi Gareth. That's a Type 1 base at 50mm, but only as a prelude to rubber crumb. Well compacted angular aggregates can work well and are longer lasting than turf, but even then there tends to be some migration into the bunker sand.
