@eurochilli@finnistmaster@SiteGround I thought I was paying for mirror copies - really disappointed that our website has disappeared for clients all over the world. I really thought that if servers in one area went down that the others would automatically provide cover.
@SiteGround Our site is down and while a few hours is OK, this is now becoming a very serious issue for our business. No chat help at Siteground so we have no idea what is going on.
@Hermesparcels OK, no way of contacting you about this via the website. Someone's dropped a parcel at our house but it's the wrong address. I can't find the right address myself, please can someone collect it? Not good service, btw
Emile Ouchard was a prolific maker who made bows of varying qualities for many different firms, but his best work is extremely fine - here we have an unusually good cello bow of his in excellent condition.

Joseph Alfred Lamy Violin Bow, Paris circa 1885
This is a typically elegant early bow by Lamy Père, very close in style to the work of his master FN Voirin, and in excellent condition.

This is a rare James Tubbs viola bow in near mint condition - one of the best Tubbs bows we have seen, with a strong but responsive stick and a fabulous sound.

James Tubbs Violin Bow, London circa 1900
When Tubbs bows are good they're really good! This is a super late period example - quite light but stiff and nervy, drawing a very fine tone.

Great recent review: Martin maintains an unpretentious attitude. He has valued and respected my views and been generous with his time. There has been no sense of pressure or persuasion to buy the more expensive option.

This is an unusually fine Mittenwald violin, probably by Sebastian Klotz, dating from around 1745-1750. It's in outstanding condition and the sound is fresh and brilliant.

The Albani family played a huge role in the development of violin-making, and yet their instruments are rarely seen. This violin is a very interesting example, following very closely on the work of Matthias but made by his son Michael.

Angelo Soliani violins are quite rare, and they are highly prized for their quality of tone. He seems to have been heavily influenced by Guadagnini. This example is far from pristine, but it's a great sounding instrument in good restored condition.
