I was really proud and honoured to be presented with an embroidered copy of the Squadron's new coat of arms. It rounded off a fantastic period of Marshall Trophy celebrations.
With 3 wet miles to go along the Tyne, a reminder that we do this for a reason.
Last push now. If everyone who sees this can share, and anyone who is able can donate £1 for @SSAFA, we will be doing a lot to support the whole UK Armed Forces community.

Reflecting on a weather mixed day at RAF Odiham Families Day. Great effort with all parties pulling together to ensure a successful event; all dry and happy at the end of the day.
We are extremely pleased to announce 2327 (Havant) Sqn RAF Air Cadets has been selected as this year's Marshall Trophy Winners.
This means we have been named as the most improved Sq in the UK! When better to be awarded it than in our 65th Anniversary year!

I love spending time here as supernumary- paying back to my childhood squadron I get a lot of pleasure bringing on the next generation of 2327 Cadets alongside my “normal” job as SSO! @SWRegionRAFAC
@lou_o_lou@CinnamonTrust Lovely place to walk the dog; did the same yesterday on a visit to see my grandchildren. Saw some Skylarks to round the day off.
@RichMaddisonRAF Congratulations Sir, seems an age since you hosted the HIOW Wing at RAF Odiham and flew most of the wing; a memorable and fantastic day.
There are many fantastic opportunities for our cadets, however, we must get as many airborne as possible. Sadly many cadets will leave without this great experience.
Some excellent flying for @1391Sqn with @2_aef_ today including a first flight for Cadet Chivers who finally managed to get airborne on his 6th attempt due to previous bad weather. Even a bit of site seeing undertaken whilst up.
To all of our personnel, deployed overseas, working on Station and celebrating at home with loved ones and to all of our friends, supporters and followers..
We wish you a very Merry Christmas and hope that you all have a fantastic day! 🎄🎁
Air Cadets from across Essex Wing have been giving up their time selling poppies to raise funds for the Royal British Legion, including cadets from 1312 (Southend-on-Sea) Sqn.
