@ODEONHelp Well thanks for that reply helpful! obviously you’ve never booking tickets for any specific impairments, and if you have systems in place to pre book why not allow customer that service throughout all your screen showings!

Can’t believe @ODEONHelp hero’s have gone home for the day phone lines refer everyone to website where you can���t book disability tickets that are for none wheelchair users. Not the best customer service

@ODEONHelp Can’t reserve seating unless premier, which isn’t suitable and told to reserve tickets but couldn’t allocate seats till the morning off which isn’t the point of booking in advance, would require 5 seats together and aisle seats to the left of the cinema half way up.
