@theswansjr I know exactly what money is and bitcoin doesn't qualify. The scarcity is not the flex you think it is and when you mention it, you show everyone you don't know anything about money yourself.
@RonSwanonson The problem is, not only is there a limited supply so it will never work as currency no matter how much simple division occurs (math skills not required by the cult members either) but, no one wants the silly little imaginary fiat ether coins.
@theswansjr Any other crypto. Bitcoin can be seized and frozen easily - just make it illegal is one way. There's a problem with its scarcity. A currency requires increases and decreases in supply. You tell me, what happens if a limited asset only exists in a few hands? The value decreases...
@RonSwanonson There's nothing special about how it works. There are many fiat cryptos like Bitcoin. You might get more traction if you didn't talk to people like they are stupid.
@blockchainchick Bitcoin is more fiat than paper currency. Its value only exists in your mind and no government or military or history or tradition backs it. It's pure fiat. That's why it will end up at zero but, it won't be replaced like paper money will.
